Digital Assurance Certification (DAC)
The Capital Trust Agency has selected Digital Assurance Certification (DAC), an Ernst and Young LLP Company, to serve as a direct link to any party wishing to obtain material disclosure information related to financing issued by CTA. DAC has become a well known service provider to disseminate electronic posting and transmitting information to repositories and investors alike.
The DAC system uses full bond name and 9-digit CUSIP numbers to avoid misfiling or loss of these issuer reports. Investors and others may access disclosure on municipal bonds issued by CTA by using the DAC web site free of charge. A password must be issued by registering once the DAC web site is accessed.
